"We were driving west on I-70 to Denver and needed lunch. Being a Sunday, there were not many restaurants open. We found Joe Snuffy's and they sounded good. When we arrived, turns out it was Mother's Day and there was a line. Everyone was very friendly and told us the food was great and worth the wait - they were right. They had a turkey special which was amazing. It came with a salad and I had Dorothy Lynch salad dressing for the first time and loved it. Luckily we spotted two seats at the counter and were taken care of quickly. I ordered the turkey special which started with a dinner salad. I tried Dorothy Lynch salad dressing for the first time and I'm hooked. Next came a very large homemade yeast dinner roll, also wonderful. When my meal came, I was already lovin it and the turkey on top of stuffing with mashed potatoes and corn were amazing!! It was the best turkey dinner I have had in many many years.
